Why the hate?

Hi everybody. I've just been very internally upset for a while, and I just thought that I should share it with you all. First of all, I like stamps. You know, stamps like this.khrinx.deviantart.com/art/Art-… or thiskhrinx.deviantart.com/art/Not-…. However, you may or may not be aware of the other side of these stamps. Where people rage on and on about the things that they hate, or just use them as bait to stir up drama.
My question is: What's the deal with all this hate? I understand that not everybody will have the same preferences or opinions as another, but what are you trying to gain while ridiculing a fandom and its followers? Not just with fandoms, but with anything? Hatred is an unhealthy lifestyle to live with believe it or not, and in the end you're only hurting yourself on the inside. I even hate it when I hate. I hate hatred(as contradictive as that may sound). I'm starting to see so many more people making stamps to type line after line about what they hate and why they hate it. After a while you think: Well what's the purpose? Is this really your opinion or are you trying to overly exaggerate your dislike of this? Sometimes their galleries are lined with stamps that could be--in a sense--saying the same thing over and over.

There are also the users such as playcircus.deviantart.com/ who deliberately go onto fanart pages from certain fandoms just to openly shame the artwork and the artist just for drawing it.

It's called freedom of speech, (insert vulgar insult noun)! We can talk about what we hate all we want!
...You. Don't. Say. I'm aware of the First amendment as any other person with the same God given rights as me. However. Are YOU aware that there is a difference between having a different opinion and being a narcissistic bigot? There's nothing wrong with thinking differently than someone else, but when you go around shoving your opinion/hatred in someone's face, then that's when the problems start. If you're so quick to bring up the first amendment to justify your reasons to hate everything, then why shouldn't I be able to stand by it as well to speak against the hate? That's rather hypocritical if you ask me.

If you can't accept our opinions then check out of the (insert optional swear) Internet, crybaby!!

Hmm...no thanks. I'm not saying that I'm unable to handle this constant hate, I'm just tired of it. As I've said before, it isn't the issue being presented, it's how it's being presented. If you can explain why you dislike something in a reasonable manner, then one could be more accepting your different opinion. But if you just rage on for line after line throwing in swear word after swear word, then you diminish your argument rather than emphasize it. It's petty to throw in the towel because a few stupid people are too caught up in their hatred to be considerate to those who don't have their same views. That's what we need more of during these times, consideracy. People get so caught up in what they think that they don't consider how others feel. You don't have to be rude to others just for the sake of your opinion. Consider both sides of the issue.

Don't like flamers? Then don't post!

Why not? I shouldn't post what I like because I'm sick of seeing haters, but you can post as much as you want about whatever you hate? That's just asinine.

I don't see why people spend so much time complaining about the things that they hate/stress them out instead of leaving it alone and going to the things that they actually do like. It isn't rocket science to learn to  ignore things that you hate on the Internet.

But its EVERYWHERE!!

AND??? That's just a pathetic excuse. that is absolutely no reason to stay in one place and wallow in your hatred. For example, I hate seeing rule 34 in my favorite fandoms and I also hate it when people swear constantly. Do I sit there and BAWWWWW!1!1 about it? Or do I get over it and move on?? Which one sounds more mature? If you hate something that much , then just go somewhere else and focus on what you actually like. Ever hear of Blacklisting??

Final verdict, there's no point in hating. The more you hate something, the more we love it. Hatred is an unhealthy and dangerous lifestyle and nothing good will come out of it. A Buddhist monk once said "If a man wins an argument, he wins nothing." It isn't worth trying to turn everyone against something that you don't like or trying to reason with a rabid hater. But I'm seriously tired of everyone taking their hate too far; this isn't only my feelings, I'm pretty sure there are plenty others who have a problem with this too.

I just wanted to get this off my chest.
